Seafood is the heart and soul of much of our local region and fishing is tops all along the waterways of Alabama’s Delta which is the second largest in the United States. The largest sets right next door in Mississippi so it is no wonder that Fish and Seafood plays such an important part of our daily lives and in our recipes. These inland waterways and that from the Gulf of Mexico provide a cornucopia of good eats to all living along the coastline as well as to those shipped worldwide. We believe nothing is finer than Gulf Coast seafood and to us it is a staple in our diets. However, we do not take the bounty from our waterways or its liberties freely and we employ a host of conservation measures to ensure our resource and livelihood are not disruptive.
