Mary's Blue Ribbon Banana Pudding
There are some in our family that will say I've saved the best for last today in sharing recipes. And even though I like diversity in foods, I am inclined to agree with them. This one is from Mary Johnson.
It's a cool, creamy dessert full of vanilla richness with just the right amount of bananas. Try it ~ it will become one of your family favorites as well.
Mary's Blue Ribbon Banana Pudding
1 large Jell-O Vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 -8 oz sour cream
1/2 carton Cool Whip
Vanilla Wafers
Sliced bananas
Beat pudding mix with milk and sour cream. Fold in the cool whip. In a large bowl, arrange a layer of wafers on bottom and sides. Spread a layer of pudding mix followed with a layer of banana slices, another layer of wafers and so on ending with wafers. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
