Life on Isla Mujeres
As I dig through my files for recipes, I sometime come across ones that remind me of a certain place. I think of all the wonderful trips we have made into Mexico and I find myself drifting away, just long enough to wish I was there.
Yesterday's ceviche reminded me of one such trip. Early into the evening on the tiny island of Isla Mujeres, barefoot and sitting under a worn palapa, we gazed endlessly across the waters out toward a beautiful sunset. Here are a few pics that brings me wanting to plant my toes in its sand once more.
