Snapper Update

Previously I posted of receiving a fine mess of red snapper filets from my nephew Baylor. I am looking forward to cooking the remaining ones which are resting in the freezer.

Snapper season officially opened this past Monday and as I learned a few weeks back from Baylor, they are everywhere and are plentiful.
