1-2-3 Cheese Burgers

Burgers in 3 steps

Some people out there like their hamburgers just plain, you know who you are, with just ground beef - period - no additions.

But I suspect there are many who like a little extra flavor added.

This recipe is as simple as can be, but with just enough flavor for your taste buds to go - WOW.

1-2-3 Burgers
1 - Crumble 2 pounds of ground chuck in a large bowl.
2 - Mix in 1/2 cup Colby & Monterey Jack shredded cheese, 1/2 cup of coarse plain bread crumbs, 1/3 cup hickory barbecue sauce and a little salt and pepper to taste.
3 - Shape into 6 patties and get to grilling.
