Homemade No Egg Ice Cream


Easy as can be.

Now this is an ice cream that not only has the homemade appeal, but will make everyone wonder how the heck it could be so easy. My favorite is peach or strawberry but any pie filling that appeals to you will make a great ice cream for serving this weekend.

No Egg Ice Cream

3 cans condensed milk
Dash of salt
Peach or strawberry pie filling
2 tablespoons vanilla
Whole milk

Using a 5 quart freezer, place condensed milk, salt, pie filling and vanilla in freezer pail. Fill to the full line with whole milk. Stir together to incorporate and freeze according to manufacture instructions until desired texture.
